Our high-quality equipment, with in process probing, ensures the highest consistency and quality.

We have extensive experience in machining a diverse range of materials from polymers through to heat treated exotics. This experience includes managing material stresses through controlled stage machining.

As a subscribed HyperMill user since 2003, we have the most up to date and accomplished CAM software on the market. As well as the advanced 2D and 3D cycles, we have a comprehensive range of 5 axis cycles, which includes investment in multi-blade cycles.

Coupled with our fully equipped inspection department and complimentary machining services, we can offer a one stop machining solution.

CNC Turning

We offer a comprehensive range of CNC turning services from 2 axis to turn/mill solutions.

Through bar capacity up to 65mm diameter with chucking capacity up to 360mm in diameter.

Our range of turning capacity allows us to offer one off component turning to full batch production with our bar fed turn-mill lathe.
